I never followed any cooking classes or have a degree in anything food related, all I know comes from being creative with flavours, lots of trial & error and an almost insane amount of reading. Whether its blogs or cook books, I try to learn as much as I can. Every month I pick out a book tip of the month, which can be a book on a new way of eating/cooking that’s new to me, or a book with great new recipes that inspired me.
