A touch of wood

Enjoying a homecooked meal is always better when enjoyed in a beautiful home, with the right finishing touches. When it comes to incorporating wooden elements into your interior or on your dinner table, there are just so many items you can use. By placing some scented candles to help bring the outdoors into your home, using bowls finished off with a bamboo touch or gorgeously cut wooden coasters and candlesticks you can get a touch of wood inside your home. You can go for light coloured woods or rough and deep vibrant looks.

so pretty! I love having wood accents in my home – maybe because I grew up in a really old wooden house!

That serving bowl is beautiful! It reminds me of the salad bowls my grandmother had. We’d go over for spaghetti dinners and she’d serve salads out of a giant wood bowl. 🙂
